BBB - Better Business Bureau of Western PA
 Better Business Bureaus are private nonprofit organizations supported largely by membership dues paid by businesses and professional groups in each Bureau's service area. Better Business Bureaus provide reports on business firms and charity groups and organizations, help resolve consumers; disputes with businesses and promote ethical business standards and voluntary self-regulation of business practices.
NFCC - National Foundation for Credit Counseling
 Founded in 1951, the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, Inc., through its Member agencies, sets the national standard for quality credit counseling, debt reduction services and education for financial wellness. The NFCC is the nation's largest and longest serving national nonprofit credit counseling network. With more than 150 community-based agencies operating in over 1000 locations across the country, NFCC Members help over 1.5 million households annually. Members can be identified by the NFCC Member seal. This seal signifies high standards for agency accreditation, counselor certification, and policies that ensure free or low-cost confidential services. (COA) Council on Accreditation
 The Council on Accreditation (COA) is an international, independent, not-for-profit, child and family service and behavioral healthcare accrediting organization. Founded in 1977 by the Child Welfare League of America and Family Service America, COA partners with human service organizations worldwide to improve service delivery outcomes by developing, applying, and promoting accreditation standards. Advantage Credit Counseling Service, Inc. has been accredited through COA since 1997.
